Repair-IT is Raycon’s specialist service designed primarily for out-of-warranty devices. This cover ensures that, should any device included within the service develops any hardware issues or faults, the cost of replacing and fitting the components is covered. This will be done onsite as required. This means there is no requirement for unexpected capital costs.
A range of service level agreements exist from an 8 hour response, Monday to Friday, through to a 4 hour response with 24 x 7 coverage.
